Sort by date followed/MU list synchronization

Has implementing a way to sort follows by date bookmarked already been suggested? I can't seem to find anything like this on the megathread.
I sometimes want to check what was the last few titles I subscribed to without scrolling through the entire follows list or my browser history. I vaguely remember some way to check last chapters read via MD, but I can't seem to find it.
The primary reason I'm asking is because I like to keep my mangaupdates list as up-to-date as possible. I believe a feature like this could make it somewhat easier to do manually.
Speaking of which, I saw that integration with MAL has been rejected, but what about MU? Is it possible that some sort of better list synchronization options could be implemented in the future?

@Giguv There's the stats page which tracks the last 10 chapters you've opened.

MU sync has been suggested before and that thread is also linked under Rejected ideas in the megathread.

A sort by date added would always be nice.

On AO3, your bookmarks are sorted by date added by default. Also, on sites like Twitter, Tumblr, and Pixiv, the accounts you follow are shown in order by date added.
