Fujita made sure that the Kirita Sisters and the Takoha Siblings, the only people who can detect whether someone's possessed or not, are not in the first group reaching the atelier. So they're sure to believe that in the period Kurenai went missing, she was possessed by the invaders and became their puppet. So no amount of explaining will be able to dissuade them from attacking both of them.
