Mutsu is typical fujoshi. When there are no guys around, she evolves into a yuri fan, lol. Honestly, I was somewhat surprised at this, but if you think, “I thought you were lesbians” is a pretty typical runing gag for such a manga.
@Kanami-chan A year ago, I was surprised by people who considered the desire to celebrate a friend’s birthday too gay. Now, when I see such a reaction, I'm just "ok."
@Serenata The funny thing is that the author literally made fujoshi to be a surrogate audience for yuri fanboys, lol. I do not know how this misunderstanding will end, but judging by the comments, Mutsu expresses the desire of a significant part of the fans, lol.
@SuperOniichan I guess is because they can be seem as the knight or warrior and the princess that needs rescue, is kind of romantic or easy to imagine them like that. Maybe the author will troll us all and say "when I come back I'll finally see my fiance again!" at the end but for now I would mind one bit if this becomes true, but is mostly Mutsu's super active imagination. Although, with all that they've been trough, is not surprising if the princess falls for her savior, the one who licked her -- ughh
@Serenata Well, the fiance from nowhere is unlikely, but I think that even if they don't become a couple, the author still don't be finally sink their ship. In any case, this misunderstanding adds more nuances to the plot, which I like more than just ecchi "this is not what you thought!" scenes.
