@Harmonie ohaiyo formally means good morning. O is a polite term used to infer the person you're talking to and haiyo is a variation of hayai which means fast or early. Konnichiwa while formally meaning good noon ~ afternoon, can also be used informally as a general hello since there's no time associated to the greeting itself afaik
