Though the ending has me a bit confused...is she disappointed her ideal sensei looks like a slob?

She's disappointed that he isn't her sensei(as he has no idea who she's talking about). The mangaka was the guy in the rich place at the end. He knew the girl was stalking him and played a bit of a prank.
