@ValidX was just making a bad joke on the 3 sworn brothers that is sabo, ace and luffy. Only mentioned it cuz it reminded me of that, otherwise there is no real resemblance

@Hamin these are all references to the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, an ancient Chinese classic where three people become sworn brothers (saying much of the same things in this ep) and the 3 of them became one of the biggest dynasties of the time. One of them was Liu Bei, but I forgot the others. So, its more like one piece is japanese version of three kingdoms xD

@Tzuyuchu oh that's interesting. Never looked into the tale of the three kingdoms particularly close but you do see plenty of mention about it across various mediums. That's neat

@Hamin Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a classic almost on par with Lord of the Rings. I don't know of any easily accessible sources because all of my knowledge on the subject comes from Dynasty Warriors and Total War TK. Both of those sources provide an excellent abridged recounting of the whole affair, though DW mixes in some apocrypha as well.

On a separate note, Lin Hong is looking a hell of a lot healthier than he was in the labyrinth. Does that mean that he mastered his technique enough to avoid the backlash, that he's hiding the damage, or that he's devolved to something less than human to compensate?
