The manga was pretty faithful to the novel, and to those that have not read the novel, I do highly suggest that you do - it is a lovely read and now that all the chapters are out, you can get a better understanding of the entire situation when you read all the little details in the book.

The end felt really stretched out, but all in all, this was a good adaptation in my books.
