A button to instantly start at first chapter or resume at a chapter would be great!

If only MangaDex forums could somehow include a mandatory-yet-paradoxically-unintrusive psuedo-captcha or user-agreement for all [Suggestions].
Violators like OP (extreme topic redundancy) would then be subject to temporary comment bans for lying about having read the sticky.
