Funny, I lost an arm contest to my friend (a girl), and how realized how out of shape I had gotten...so I started working out again, then beat her, and all was right with the world, ha ha.
In fact, it's a good measurement for any guy: if a normal or relatively fit girl can beat you in a sport activity, you need to work out more just to be at the baseline of an average guy.
If you want to beat other guys, then obviously you need to work out even harder, but that's next level stuff, and chances are slim you ever (unless you become one) beat a body builder.

How weak can you be to lose against a girl in an arm wrestling? No offense to the brother in the comment below tho. I mean it sure is possible if the girl is heavier than you, and you're on the skinny side like me. But unless that's the case, it's unlikely to happen. Just my opinion tho. It's just this chapter seems so unrealistic

@Jordygo It's the lazy dudes excuse. To his partial credit, at least he seems to reconsider a bit when she rubbed his face in how stupid he was sounding when he said it.
(Full credit only if he actually starts training some, or at least admits that training is proper effort towards a goal and not cheating.)

On another note, first I thought he had gotten superpowers because there was a date on the line. Only on the second glance did I see Ms. Distraction doing her thing behind the scenes. XD

does she need to find flaws with everything he says? man can’t catch a break. like just told him that what he said was wrong and boom! done. but she continues to say other meaningless stuff that does nothing except guilt trip him
