status (follow etc) on updates

Please add status of [follow] in manga updates
atleas to show status, if i reading it, is on hold, etc, or not (button is not necessary, just status is enough)
sometimes cover changes, or even name could be different than i remember, so it will be big help to see it
i think it could be example at the end of line where is manga name writen
