This was probably my favorite chapter so far. A higher density of amusing moments, romantic progress(?), Yamada being smooth as lubricated butter, and Torii displaying a self-sacrificial side to put her constant prostration to shame. What's not to love? Ignore the fly-eating scene blegh Yamada's grandpa seems like a handful. It's a shame, but perhaps he shouldn't be allowed to wander the neighborhood on his own.
By the way, the line the translators missed on page 1 is 今、物理は死んだ！ (ima, butsuri wa shinda!). It means "Physics just died!"
