Did you forget the part where the other succubus we know of in this series is 300 years old? She's been able to interact with multiple generations of human beings. Also, the level system explanation put level 20s at the tip of a pyramid for the power rankings.

7 + 8 = 15 (that's 16 - 1)
etc.

Reaching level 7 required a total of 63 XP (64 - 1).
Add the 37 XP she currently has -> 100 XP.
