I picture read the free chapters on Lezhin and He joins a live streaming site some time after this twatter fiasco.

After attracting his first audience group who tune in because they think his clumsiness is funny, he starts attracting a bunch of creeps like the guy in this chapter. The creep followers peer pressure him into doing a strip show and donate a bunch of money to him to do so.
Hooni becomes conflicted about what to do and starts to tear up, but his blonde friend was also at home streaming and one of his followers linked him to hooni's stream, and I think he is going to stop him before he does anything he will regret.
