I looked at that magazine's volume number from this chap and from the prev chap and I think this is actually ch. 23 and not 27.

Prev chapter said Vol. 4 - 3月22日 (March 22)
This chapter said Vol. 5 - 4月22 日 (April 22)
And the magazine publishes every 22nd, so. This is the next chapter. And it kinda makes sense, too.

That can literally only be 32.8kg which I wouldn't consider heavy in the SLIGHTEST. My ex was anemic trying to gain weight at 5'3 and was 43kg. I find it weird how she freaks out over this. She clearly isn't tall enough to be 52kg with her proportions.
