indeed, from the look on Komura's face and his reaction on page 14 and the 1st panel of page 15, it looks to me that he suddenly realized that Azuma is talking about Mie-san. I may be wrong, but from what I vaguely remember, this might not be the first time that Komura had a vague feeling that Azuma likes Mie-san as more than just a classmate.
