I've read this manga several years back, this is the 6th time I've read it, and just like the last 5 times, I cried at the ending.
The adventures of Team Sumire and their friendship really strikes a cord in me. I really loved the evolution of their relationship. It's a bit cliché and cringey, but hey, isn't real life as well? Ahaha.
It's a long shot but I really wish and hope that it would get an anime adaption so that more people could find this gem and properly enjoy it.
