Sumire 16-sai!!

This is legendary. So damn funny. Inspired weirdness. But also, weirdly heartwarming. That doll isn't just a girl, she's a full-on cheerful-type shoujo heroine who insists that everyone will have a happy springtime-of-youth school life, and somehow . . .

It's funny how the story is completely forgettable, I read it years ago and barely remember anything, but the final chapter is one of the best and most memorable endings of anything I've ever read.
That one page, man.

I wholeheartedly love this manga so, so much. It's a very simple and unique manga. I also love how the old man doesn't just have a blank expression when controlling the doll all the time. Depending on the situation, he can make certain expressions.
For example, making a smug expression when playing cards with the student.

I've been avoiding this manga cause y'know, seems creepy, but then yesterday i just started reading it anyway!

Its so wholesome...i cried very hard when it ended, its just very beautifull, please give Sumire-chan a chance if u ever avoid reading this because its an old man with a puppet 😅
