I got thrown off by how much the MC got to clown around with an opponent that seemingly was competent in the first chapter and still get to win, which tells me that the MC isn't really going to face any actual challenges and just one-shot everything through plot-armor and whatnot.
Can't say I bothered to read much more than the first battle.
