Ohh, this is a bit twisted & ironically sad. It has to be eating away at Kyouichi that the boy (Neon) he raised is now saving him ... the weight loss thing seems to be a sign of that and what's going on with his medicine? Neon admitted he hadn't been giving Kyouichi his medicine right, so I think it's more than a "life style" thing for Kyouichi ... is he self destructive & depressed from the pain Takane caused him?! Hopefully Neon's not playing around with Kyouichi's birth control too, though it seems he was fortunate enough to not have been knocked up by Takane as well as care for Neon before Takane just abandon them all. There should be a law protecting omegas from people like Neon's birth father Takane.
