Yeah the boob "equation" isn't an equation, since there are values of x that equal to 2 different values of y, because of the nipples.

This first part in the managa always kinda ticks me off. A number of Japanese mediums are like this, but trying to show that the mc is smart by showing they can make a boob graph and do basic high school stats and then making them act proud feels pretty stupid. Anyone with a subpar education in highschool that took math should be able to tell you the answers to that.

I graphed the equation. Do the ones he has written down, ⁅𝑦=√(1−(𝑥−1)^2 )⁆ and ⁅𝑦=√(0.01−(𝑥−1)^2 )+1⁆. Then change both x's to negative ⁅𝑦=√(1−(−𝑥−1)^2 )⁆ and ⁅𝑦=√(0.01−(−𝑥−1)^2 )+1⁆ for the full deal.
