Wait... Does he not have contract on him? It sounds like the dad has a problem with his (assassin) daughter dating someone normal, but not someone they have been contracted to kill. I hope the mangaka learns to write with more internal consistency, because it's a bit sloppy.

It's somewhat implied in the beginning of Chapter 2 where it's explained that these assassins will change their physical appearance for the sake of assassinating their target(s).
