Still, it's strange how level 1 Ice Needle would produce 3 needles.
In Ragnarok Online, lvl 1 Cold Bolt only produces 1 bolt, and every successive level grants 1 additional bolt.
At least it doesn't seem to be that easy to level up skills [in contrast to leveling up & increasing the stats]

I'll give it about 5-10 chapters, maybe it becomes better, but if it stays "food of the week" it must be dropped...
