Tadokoro-san (Web Comic) - Ch. 44.5

So it's common knowledge, yet he's keeping his job? I wanna say unbelievable, but we've all seen it before.

@Orenji-kun
Even taking into account lol Japan so wacky xD you don't get away with things like things unless you're also contributing greatly to the company or have a gorillion years of seniority or just typical nepotism and connections. Because otherwise there's no reason as to why keep a person whose actions could be so damaging to the company's reputation, specially nowadays when all it takes is one viral tweet to throw the online mob at them.

Because the harder people fall, the stronger their comeback is. It's basically a gamble because some fell and never got back up.

This makes no sense, the chief knows someone under him is spoiling exploitable assets and does nothing? Such a forced set up. . .

Part 1 of plan: Be editor
Part 2 of plan: Call authors shit
Part 3 of plan: Get brutally murdered?

@MaTu94 Ever read any Dilbert? Office life is absurd. In theory everything is about profits and spirits must be crushed in profit's name, but in practice people react in unpredictable ways.

If you're the chief and you know this dude is actively turning down decent manga because he's an absolute fucking tool why the fuck wouldn't you fire him? Like come the feck on.

given the smile and other developments it sounds like he tries to crush mangakas spirits so he can take advantage of them when they're down

"I don't know, I know it's harmful to the industry, the company, and it's ethically wrong, but even though I am his boss there is nothing I can do about it."

From the bottom of my heart...

F*ck that guy

(I also knew people like that IRL, so f*ck them too)

Let me guess, he's stealing her story and sells it to another publisher? 🤔👀 What a butthole.
