Todokoro actually looks some what normal, a bit odd, but nothing extremly out of place, except maybe the hat.

Nikaidou on the other hand... while it looks great on her, there is only like 3 places which wearing that is acceptably normal. A cosplay convention, some private rich people only school for the wealthy children, and in a movie which takes place somewhere in the US south back 150 years ago staring as the main female lead.

Imagine going to McDonald's dressed like that. It would make for quite the scene.

Needless to say, it is cute though.
