Possibly because he flirts with everybody all the time. People tend to not appreciate it when their partners do that. I tend to unintentionally flirt too. The people who dislike it are many but include your significant other, the significant other of anyone you accidentally flirt with, and possibly that person a second time if you start flirting with them too.
