Chapter 27 of the manga is roughly c96 of the Web Novel, right where the new translator took over from where Yukkuri left off, and that's as far as I read, mainly because "Oniichan Corner" translations' leaves much to be desired, and I prefer reading higher quality work on par or greater than my own work. My guess is that it's more than likely that it's machine-translated.
