Takasugi-san no Chibiyan Hero - Vol. 2 Ch. 152 - A Fellow Traveller

Ugh! If her mere presence in the comic wasn't bad enough, now she's become a lesbian stalker.

It was like two trains passing at night.

@FredFriendly She's more like a less-airheaded version of the Blonde girl from Tomo-chan.

@FredFriendly: She's not being lesbian towards Koyuki. Hell, even if she was, she's actively shipping the two together; did you forget that she's the one who continually pushed Koyuki towards confessing her feelings to Masakatsu?

Hmm? What was her name? I've tried to forget that series so I don't know how appropriate your analogy is.

You ignored the actual point I was making: the author has succumbed to the well-worn, clichéd storytelling trope of the friend(s) stalking the new couple on their first date. If you've never seen it before, then you haven't read as many romance series as I have.

@FredFriendly Carol or Caroline I think. I remember Mizuha or something like that being the Goth chick best friend.

@FredFriendly: I didn't miss your point, I just chose to ignore it entirely since the trope you're taking about isn't really important enough for me to argue about (I don't think it's well-worn, BTW). You're the one who described her as a "lesbian stalker", which is a very misleading description that blatantly ignores how her interest in Koyuki is not being framed as romantic in nature.

I know you have a reputation around here for talking shit out of your ass (and thus that people are advised to simply block you outright rather than waste time arguing), but I'm not about to let you spread misinformation via your comments to those readers that might come the comment sections with the naive expectation that there's no way anyone would peddle blatant lies and twisted half-truths.

@MarqFJA87 Thanks for the insults! Being insulted by someone who only knows how to do so using run-of-the-mill vulgar insults is certainly amusing and gives immense joy to my daily life. However, perhaps you should take your own advice if reading my comments makes you blow a fuse. BTW, if you really don't think that the trope isn't well-worn, then you've really not read as many romance manga as I have.

Oh, yeah, just exactly how are you going to prevent me from "spreading misinformation" (aka opinions) via my comments? Do you have some kind of magical powers? Don't bother to respond if you expect a reply as I won't be engaging in any "conversations" with you in the future. You're also welcome to continue to insult me, though your vocabulary is really sub-par compared to the majority of insults I've garnered here on mangadex.
