This has a lot of strengths. It can be a bit dumb, but the MC is great, the art is filled with energy, it's often pretty funny, there are lots of interesting youkai, and it comes to a pretty satisfying climax.

What a great manga. This is one of those rare cases where I just don't want the story to end. I would love to see more adventures from Takeo and the Hyakkisou friends, but I know that the best things always have to end.
