My thoughts on characters roles
Sexual deviant - Glasses girl, University girl(i think she said she did it a couple times),
Swindler - Boss lady, daycare lady,
Murder - Daycare Lady/cook, university girl, Our MC

And a potential role for the anti social girl would be a detective.

And as for the whole wine situation its probably glasses girl because what if she needed to get undressed when the wine broke, And As a plot twist it would be funny if it was the Male Character

I'm gonna go on a limb here and propose something that none of you guys (except EVILTRAFFICCONE) have considered so far: What about the husband candidate? He's not bound by their rules. ^.- It could be a way for him to either spread chaos in his potential waifus or just trying to eject the ones he doesn't like. ^.-

Even if Yuzuki is dripping with piss, I did appreciate that close-up of her. No matter how warped her personality, she still looks the best out of all of them. The only contender would be the MC if she bothered putting her own glasses on.
