it's not that unreasonable. that much time without blood to the brain (or even reduced flow) is very likely to cause brain damage. But the whole point of kirishima is that he can only see things from the lowest common denominator point of view. And honestly, in medicine, that's not a BAD way to function. also he's got that miki fetish
