I guess this enviness wouldn't be a problem in the first place if the uni hospital actually give more trial space for the inexperienced. I do wonder though, is this exclusively a japanese problem or is this an issue in other developed countries too?

according to the first few chapters, the issue of lack of experience is more a Japanese problem. whether or not this is true in real life i couldn't tell you.

It's a Japan problem, or I would even dare say that it's a first-world problem that there are too many doctors to give them all experience. Third world countries usually don't even have enough doctors to serve the population, so the system needs every intern or resident they can get to throw into the pot
