Technically not yet. Japanese manga are usually released as single chapter in a manga magazine together with other manga either weekly, monthly, bimonthly etc. When they have enough chapter then they'll be released as a single compiled book on its own, called Tankōbon in japanese. That's the volume version that we, outside of japan, usually get. Well, at least in my country that's how it has been.
