Maybe, but in this case we did have guidelines and requisites we had to accomplish to get 100%, every teacher gave it to us before we started so that we didn't fuck up, but this one didn't for some reason, it was such a bullshit move because it wasn't our fault that we didn't know what she wanted, she had the instructions the whole time and didn't gave them to us.

I had braces for two years, don't worry, you'll get used to the feeling pretty quick and you'll eventually forget you have them most of the time. (In fact, when they get removed, it will feel weird not having them on)

As for eating, avoid eating steaks and such, I almost choked on one and died, other than that, I didn't have much trouble eating. In case you're worried, just ask your dentist what foods are the most comfortable for the first few weeks. It can be rough sometimes but it will stop being a bother soon, I promise.
