been trying to keep all the shit inside for a long time i guess

I've been running away from my responsibilities as a student and now it comes back biting me (which i know is my own fault to begin with)
i want to talk to my parents and really tell them the reason why it has become like this but for some reason I'm afraid they'll be mad at me first(ofc they have the reason to) instead of trying to listen to the reason.
I do want to talk to my irl friends but.... I feel like i cutted all of my connections to them and whenever I try to think of it it just goes back to me blaming myself over and over. all this things about getting a degree, getting a stable job and the future makes me more uncertain of what I'll become.

I realized I'm empty. no dreams no desires just existing and not thriving
and it hurts me more to see how I've become like this when I should've chosen the better decision all along

Reasonable. Well if you don't mind a few missing teeth then theres the old molar trick or if you don't fear potentially cutting some of your finger off then you can always use a knife. There's also using the door but since you already stated you dont wanna damage anything that's out as well.
