Tenohira Kaitaku Mura de Isekai Kenkokuki: Fueteku Yome-tachi to Nonbiri Mujintou Life - Vol. 1 Ch. 3 - Exile, therefore~~~!?

honestly, i was also surprised he's pretty skillful building that hut.
oh well, i don't want to think deep, since this is just a fiction, everything can be beyond common sense.

@AbyssalMonkey no dude, I am serious when I say every stage of development, you see a couple twigs tied together, then a square frame, and on and on. Some games make you pay the material costs as the building goes up, so you can run out in the middle, with the walls framed out, but not standing.

Also I would think that the montage of his pocket settlement growing and changing, would be a pretty good explanation.

Even with all the logs pre-cut and given to you, that is a tough job to do on the first try with no related experience. Maybe he read some books on the subject or watched the primitive humans build huts?

@AbyssalMonkey Isn't that the case with almost ALL the isekai novels?
Also, I have a bigger issue with him outright pilfering his villagers' stuff... Even a god shouldn't be such a dk.

@AbyssalMonkey
Yeah, it's getting less believable than when he could pull off some pocket dimension on his own.
If he could interact with the people of his village I could come with the conclusion that he just simply learn that process from them, but it was plainly stated that he is invisible for anyone except his guide girl there. Even a crutch like "I saw that on a youtube" is getting a bit old. After 12 years of new life, he would barely remember that he watched something like how to make a fire and build a shelter. Having knowledge to actually do it? I don't think so. There was never a word that he is a genius to get how something is done without practice or have an eidetic memory to remember it all.

If it was in his pocket world, I could get behind motion that his god was helping him somehow by bending the rules. (creating water from fire could be only done when there is actually water vapor in the air, to begin with). In his world without the help of his god? I would see it as a shack barely holding together to shelter from wind, but not a cozy building that can withstand even a rain.

he's watching the guys that build underground clay pools and dirt houses in youtube at 3am

I guess you have to translate things to english or i'll not understand a single sentence.

I know the biggest part of this chapter is about his crest buuuut I'm just sitting here like "The lil homie out here growing weed?" I know it's hemp but so what. I like this kid!

@dope0420 if ya need oil and textile that can survive water cant go wrong with a bit of hemp...also heard it helps you commune with the gods xd

I hope we see him going back home eventually. I would like to know what his dad and sister will say when he returns temporarily. Will they condemn him? Will the father hate him and his sister want to be by his side? Will his father still love him, but his sister, through indoctrination, hate him? Or will they both ignore him and forget about him?
