@ry3te4 Well, I checked the raw, and she's referring to herself as "watakushi-chan"
It's a bit problematic to translate, basically you could translate it to just "I", but it'd lose some of the meaning there. Firstly, watakushi is a bit more refined way to refer to oneself. Secondly, chan is endearing.
So, what's an endearing but refined way to refer to oneself in English? Pretty sure cutie-me isn't it, but hell if I know. "This cutie" would probably be a bit better, slightly more refined. Maybe a tmesis of myself with cute, "my-cute-self"? There is "little old me" as well, but that's a bit long to use everywhere, and I don't think it'd fit the character anyhow.
Translations are hard, which is why I don't do it.

What @AlibabaGnome says is correct.
Ren always refer to herself using 'watakushi-chan', or as herself says in Ch. 9 "This cutie/watakushi-chan (preferred) pronouns is watakushi-chan."
There was a double entendre the previous TL missed in that chapter, in which the MC replied "So its not watakushi-chan" which can also means "So you're not cute". Damn.

Going back to the topic, the reasons why you would use very formal 'watakushi' in a casual conservation is that you're joking/being playful. Ren adding -chan suffix further emphasize this ideas.
'This cutie' is actually a good suggestion that I might use in the future.
'Cutie-me' is what came up to me during TL-ing since English is not my mother tongue, and sufficient enough for typesetting brevity, given that I'd rather not have the viewers pinch-zoom and squint their eyes without losing much in translation.
