Loosely based but "Dragon/Magical Beast has a human form? It's either a loli or a big tiddy woman" might fit on the "Reborn as X? Human form by chapter 3"
and "Protagonist's pet is some kind of Wolf or Slime" might fit on the "Token cute pet" box above it.
