There are a few out there, it isn't a common genre in isekai tho.

@Morbideus To me what ruins an Isekai isn't the Harem or Monogamy, it's the over concentrated focus on either one. So many Harems ruin stories because out of the fantastical world to explore, it's relegated to how many flavors of Girls the MC can hang around and not even have sex with.

Monogamy could be just as bad, and it has for some stories, because all the action and adventure gets tossed out the window or under cut just to show how cute someone's girl friend is.
