There are forced arrange marriage and non forced arrange marriage.
Normal arrange marriage are done in following steps:
1.Parents find a girl or boy
2.Then they meet each other couple of times
3.if they both agree,marriage.if they dont agree, they will look for another

People always think arrange marriage is some old geezer marrying a young girl.
Most parents want their children to be happy and only marry them to a girl or guy they like.

Even my parents got married this way and they are happy.It hurts when you say it as glorified prostituition.Just because some people do it the wrongway doesnt mean its totally bad.
