Prediction:
Akagami will try finding a reason/purpose for staying (apart from his debts and dad's sins) but unable to do so, he'll depressingly accept Kagura's offer to leave after his debt is paid. However, at the last minute it'll turn out the other girls noticed something was off and arrive just in time to give some inspirational speech to him and Mia will eventually confront Kagura about her intentions. Akagami will finally finds his reason for staying, and that'll be happily ever after until whatever arc comes next.
