Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life - Vol. 8 Ch. 22 - Taming was surprisingly not as easy as it sounded.

I really don't understand what blowing up the world is supposed to accomplish

Well, with no one in that world had the ability to kill the dragon, blowing it up sound like a good idea. Except there's yuuji now.

Its weird to end the chapter in the middle of a conversation, but its a 60 page chapter so we cant really complain, haha.

@Flashplayer0CD it would alert the organization if some members died outta nowhere, especially if they are strong, so they'd be more careful and it would get harder to track them. You want them to think theres nothing wrong as much as you can (even tho he did destroy one of their bases).

Why is it called a slibird? Am I to believe it is a slime in the shape of a bird?

Honestly, I was hoping for something interesting, not a shitty pigeon. An ornery cockatrice begrudgingly cooperating could’ve been fun.

Ooooo. Is this near the end of the story? What's sort of people allowed that Blue Oyster Cult thingy to be so freakin powerful yet unknown to the forces of good? Have yet to hear anything related to any King/Queen/Emperor/Prime Minister/President/Mayor/Governor either.

Actually that's just fine with me. Focusing on just the MC/cult/church is less messy to write. 😁

So, the premise is there's all these nigh-unstoppable dragons that will break free of whatever is sealing them periodically/eventually, and Blue Moon figures the only way to beat them is through death/soul harvesting? or that the only thing strong enough once charged up is such an AoE that it'll destroy nations or continents when unleashed (destruction size required depends on the dragon)? Or yuuji but they don't know that.

Well, that's somewhat more relatable/understandable than a random death cult that wants to kill everyone including themselves. Though obviously attracts people who just want to kill people.
