@BookQueen - this might be a language problem. In English, you say that a child "doesn't have parents" if the parents are dead or otherwise unavailable. It doesn't mean that the child has spontaneously spawned into this world by goddess' will.

@karanga - Japan doesn't have a lolicon problem. Children are quite safe in Japan. Japan has a lolicon conflict, as it can't agree on whether depicting little girls in anime and manga is a good thing.
