@Argolok That's... a fair point to ask about. Even if we were to assume she will be moving to this country to be with him whenever that happens, he's kind of involved in a lot of things they probably don't want word of to leave the castle, and it's not like she'd never see or communicate with her family again. If anything it'd be rather expected that she'd be discussing stuff like that with her family, inside scoops on the other country would kind of be one of the mutual perks of that sort of arranged marriage. It'd be safer to marry some local noble's daughter to him.
