@NinjaGoemon actually, another possibility is the cat-girl was misunderstood and didnt get infected, remember they asked if they saw the doc or got kissed? she said no, she simply said "she woke up as a girl" ... its possible she meant she woke up one day and started living as a girl from then on, in this case she may not have wanted to change in front of the girls because shes still "male" .... notice the chest in the panels? dunno about you, but looks quite flat to me, also could just be the art style but her hand when they zoomed in on it looked a bit masculine?

so yea, she could be a genuine transgirl and not a genderswapped one

Get girl hates pretending to be a guy but forces the MC to act like a girl even though he says he hates it.

This probably going to be like Boku Girl, the MC is going to tell the girl he likes that he is a girl, the girl is gonna be okay with it and they will date. Later he will find out that they aren't that good together and that he loves his friend that shared the he shared the secrete with (class president), they will date and at the end of the manga he will be given a choice to become a boy again, but he will choose to stay a girl and accept himself as a woman.
