@xyzzy Twins of different genders can look similar and have similar names. Like Anna & Anton. Assuming "Hey. Maybe my friend magically turned female" is a bigger logic leap.
 
He already knew about Hina being a girl, so I just assumed he realized she was also Hinako. The only difference is hair length, after all.

Just how thin are clothes in manga that they go see through from rain? I’ve been caught in multiple rain showers and not had anything like that happen? Also. Don’t you have to pay when you check in to a place like that? Should’ve realized when they were in the lobby. Seems like lazy writing.
