What a suprise he didn't meet his mother nor did he speak with chiffon... really even when the author is a women writing a shounen manga she shouldn't let her own sexual preferences influence the story too much...

@Izaya_Onisai If you really have some problem with this particular series in regards to its placement in the shounen demographic, I guess you should blame the publishers? They'd be the ones deciding on stuff like that to be honest. Even if the author specifically wanted to write for the shounen demographic themselves, the publishers were the ones to greenlight that because they thought they could sell it there.
