@okorami Some manga would be posted online but others would just be a full book to purchase, thus the Amazon link.

You can try looking it up with the Japanese name since sometimes the people who make these pages forget to link to the online serialization.

Usually if something is completely published though, they'd only have the first sample chapter out and the rest is to be purchased as either hardcopy or digital.
