Dragon dude should forget about those villagers. It makes perfect sense they would be highly prejudiced. There's no future for him there. It would be a constant struggle even if somehow managed to make them less hostile.

Dang, I really thought he was going to choose the healing dragon thing to save all the villagers who were hurt
I was originally thinking that the after choosing the healing evolution, he could have saved the dude instead of killing him for a power up and then just take the egg and run away with it so the dragon goes away too.
The healing evolution was also known to be the hero's familiar too so it would have been a lot easier for him to become friends with the humans

... The egg got smashed by the undead/possessed man. The Rock Dragon was in an enraged state so... Except killing it, I don't see anything to do.

Also, even if Irushia was now able to heal, he wouldn't have been able to deal with the dragon. And let's be honest : even if he tried to show his good side, humans would still be weary of him.



Explanation aside, I love how it got adapted and drawn. Beautiful.
