It is not actually confirmed if the bunny is a girl or not. The bunny never undergoes a humanization or anything, it is basically just a pet that Irushia decided to keep. After several chapters of being a dead weight, it gains a skill that Irushia desperately desires, and basically becomes the glue holding together Irushia and the rest of his future companions.
