Guro is translating the web novel, not the light novel. The only translation for the light novel is the official one, but sadly it's being translated by Yen Press, which means that it takes a long time for each volume to come out translated. The official translation is currently only up to volume 4 (though that vol 4 will only be released for us in December...).

@Krowely technically Rimuru has no gender at this point in time. Although as he gains power his human form changes and becomes more and more adult-like, until at the end of the series Rimuru's human form has become an absolute drop dead gorgeous knockout.
